      I agree with Ted Grant, because if you take a photo in color your eyes go to all the different colors and focus on them because the brain finds the colors appealing. If you take a photo in black and white your eyes focus more on the face or their body language, which gives you an understanding of their mood and their personality. Photos are more intense and powerful when they're in black and white.
